We’re a small, family-owned company proudly serving our local communities along the Pacific Coast. Founded by Jose Cruz, who grew up working outdoors in forestry, fields, and nurseries from the young age of 14, our roots run deep in hard work and dedication to the land.
Raised by a single mother of three, Jose learned early the value of perseverance, integrity, and taking pride in a job well done — values that are at the very heart of our business today.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience, we specialize in creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces that not only enhance your property’s curb appeal, but also offer a peaceful place to relax and enjoy life.

CANCELLATION:
Either party may cancel the service at any time. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please inform Pacific Coast Lawn & Garden at least a week in advance of the scheduled service date to prevent any scheduling issues. We will do our best to reschedule you as soon as possible if necessary.
PAYMENTS AND INVOICES :
Regular maintenance services are billed in arrears. Pacific Coast Lawn & Garden does not charge regular clients for maintenance service in advance unless, in certain instances, a one-time yard cleanup fee is necessary. Any other work or project, excluding maintenance, is to be paid in full and upfront upon completion. A percentage of the original estimated price may be required for expenses, depending on the project.
Invoices for regular maintenance are sent out to clients via email, regular mail, or text message after the 28th of each month. Payment is due in full every 5th of the following month. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the service will be suspended until the balance is paid in full.
PRICES:
We are aware that prices are increasing for a wide range of goods and services, and we are no exception. You will be notified if the price for regular maintenance changes 30 days prior to the due date. We have been implementing strategies to mitigate the impact of inflation, and therefore our prices will remain unchanged until further notice.
WEATHER:
Due to inclement weather conditions, service may be delayed or rescheduled. Unless a visit is canceled, credits or refunds will not be issued for missed appointments. We will resume regular services as soon as weather permits and will take all necessary measures to restore your property to its optimal condition.
LIABILITY:
To avoid any damage to property or equipment please make sure your lawn/area where work is to be done, is picked up before service. We are not responsible for children's toys, animal toys, garden tools, hoses, improperly installed irrigation heads, or any other obstacles that mowers may run over in your lawn.
Please take care of dog waste prior to mowing.
